| Description: | First day for the election authority to publish notice of the Consolidated Primary. The notice must include the color of the primary ballots, the time and place of holding the primary and the polling hours, the offices for which candidates will be nominated and the political parties entitled to participate. Such notice must also include a list of precinct polling addresses unless these are published separately at least ten (10) days prior to the Consolidated Primary. Such notice of the Consolidated Primary shall be published once in one or more newspapers published in each political subdivision having such primary, and if there is no such newspaper, then published once in a local community newspaper having general circulation in the subdivision, and also once in a newspaper published in the county wherein the political subdivisions, or portions thereof, having such primary are situated.
