	Description:	Last day to file a declaration of intent to be a write-in candidate in the office of the Election Authority (or Authorities with respect to contested offices for which a primary must be held. Write-in votes shall only be counted for person(s) who have filed a Declaration of Intent with the Election Authority (or Authorities). Write-in declarations are NOT filed with the State Board of Elections. (10 ILCS 5/17-16.1; 65 ILCS 5/3.1-25-20)
