| Description: | Last day the State Board of Elections shall certify to the proper election authority a list of facilities licensed or certified under the Nursing Home Care Reform Act, the Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Act or the ID/DD Community Care Act. The list shall indicate bed capacity and the Chief Administrator of each facility.
