Description:Dates on which Boards of Election Commissioners (except the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners) shall hold hearings to determine whether names in the registry of voters shall be erased, registered or restored. (The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 may prohibit the enforcement of this provision.) (10 ILCS 5/6-45)

Event:Last day for physically incapacitated vote to apply

Description:Last day for a physically incapacitated voter who desires to vote in person at their facility of residence at (i) federally operated veterans’ homes, hospitals, and facilities located in Illinois or (ii) facilities licensed or certified pursuant to the Nursing Home Care Act, the Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Act or the ID/DD Community Care Act, to make application to the election authority. Such voting shall take place on the Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday immediately preceding the Consolidated Primary election, as determined by the election authority.

Description:Last day for the election authority to conduct the public test of the automatic tabulating equipment, Optical Scan Equipment and Direct Recording Electronic Voting Equipment.

NOTE: All election authorities must provide timely written notice of their public test to the State Board of Elections prior to such test. Such notice must contain the date, time and location of such test. Public notice of the time and place of the test must be given at least 48 hours prior to such test.

Description:Last day for the local election official to publish the specimen ballot. Such specimen ballots shall be provided by the election authority.

Description:Last day (by noon) election authority shall post the names and addresses of nursing home facilities from which no applications for absentee ballots have been received and in which no supervised voting will be conducted.
