The Board lists on its website all committees which have received a Final Board order assessing civil penalties and which have not paid such penalties within the allotted thirty-day time period. A committee will remain on this list of Fines Due and Owing until such time as the fines are paid.

However, if a political committee files a Final Report while owing fines, it shall remain on the Board website for two years from the date of the Final Board Order. Following that two year period, the name of the political committee which had filed the Final Report shall be removed from the list.
