Civil penalty procedures also apply for committees who are required to file electronically,
but file a paper report instead.
For committees required to file electronically, paper filings
will not be acceptable and reports will only be considered received by the Board once they
are filed electronically.
Therefore, a paper filing by a committee mandated to file
electronically may not be considered a valid filing and civil penalties will be assessed if
the committee has received the mandatory electronic filing notice detailed in
Section 100.150
of the Board Rules and Regulations.
