Quarterly Reports are filed every three months, requiring a political committee to disclose its financial activity
during the reporting period January 1st through March 31st, April 1st through June 30th, July 1st through September
30th, and October 1st through December 31st.
These four Quarterly Reports are due within fifteen days after the close of the reporting period: the report covering
January 1st through March 31st must be filed no later than April 15th; the report covering April 1st through June 30th
must be filed no later than July 15th; the report covering July 1st through September 30th must be filed no later than
October 15th; the report covering October 1st through December 31st must be filed no later than January 15th.
Every political committee is required to file Quarterly Reports.
