Civil Penalty Assessments

Pursuant to Section 125.425 of Board Rules and Regulations, civil penalties will be assessed for any late filing of a Statement of Organization or campaign disclosure report.

Mandatory IDIS Electronic Filing

Civil penalty procedures also apply for committees who are required to file electronically, but file a paper report instead.
For committees required to file electronically, paper filings will not be acceptable and reports will only be considered received by the Board once they are filed electronically.

Fines Due

The Board lists on its website all committees which have received a Final Board order assessing civil penalties and which have not paid such penalties within the allotted thirty-day time period.
