The Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act (MOVE) significantly improves the voting rights for military/overseas voters. Provisions of this Act include ballots to be sent out 45 days before an election, transmission of blank ballots electronically and the acceptance of the Federal write-in absentee ballot for all federal elections.
