During each filing period, the number of active committees and the number of reports filed,
split by electronic and paper filings during that filing period, is displayed. This does not indicate who has filed, but
rather how many reports have been filed.
Electronically filed reports may be filed 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Reports and documents filed on paper are received
only during regular business hours. You may view the latest reports filed
on the Board's website, displayed in reverse chronological filing order.

Each page lists 50 reports; the latest 1000 filed documents may be viewed from this link. Each filing includes the name of
the political committee, the type of report, the reporting period (if applicable), the time of filing, the method by which
the report was filed (electronically or on paper), and the number of pages. Each is linked to both the committee and the filing.
If filed electronically, the entire report, including itemized receipts and expenditures, is available for viewing; however, the
number of pages will not appear until manually entered by Board staff.
If filed on paper, summary information will be manually entered by Board staff, but no itemized information will be available on
the website. However, beginning January 1, 2009 all reports, statements, and documents filed on paper are scanned and may be viewed on the website.
