User Name and Password
You must establish an Account with the Board setting up a username and password before you can log into the electronic filing program, enter any data, or file any reports.

The Account includes a unique user name that a political committee will choose for the purpose of entering transactions and filing with IDIS v 3.0. If the committee has an FID number they will not need to establish a new Filer Account, The FID number will be the User Name. An Account may be obtained by calling or e-mailing the Springfield office after the political committee has filed a Statement of Organization.
