Description:Last day for written notice of the time and place for conducting lottery to be given when two (2) or more petitions are received simultaneously for the same office and party, independent or nonpartisan candidates, (a) as of the opening hour of the filing period, July 14, 2020, and/or (b) within the last hour of the filing period July 20, 2020. The State Board of Elections or the election authority shall give notice to the chair of each political party. Notice must also be posted.
