Any campaign disclosure complaint dealing with a candidate or question of public policy appearing on the March 17 General Primary Election Ballot and received by the Board by Wednesday, February 5th will be brought to the Board for consideration at the February 19th Board meeting. Any campaign disclosure complaint received by the Board between Thursday, February 6th and Thursday, March 5th will be brought to the Board for consideration at the March 16th Board meeting. Any campaign disclosure complaint received by the Board after Thursday, March 5th will be brought to the Board for consideration at the April 17th Board meeting.
In addition, any complaints filed according to the above-listed criteria must be personally served (not just mailed) upon all respondents prior to the time the complaint is filed with the Board, and the proof of service on the back of the D-4 Form must indicate that it has been so served. Complaints not having been personally served or lacking the requisite proof of service will not be guaranteed a hearing as per the above-listed schedules, and may not be heard by the Board until the April 17th meeting at the earliest.
