Information regarding the March 2020 Quarterly Report filing is listed below. Please be aware that while State Board of Elections offices remain closed to the public due to the coronavirus pandemic, in-person filing is not an option for this report. Electronic filing is still available for all committees. An electronic filing account may be established by contacting the Campaign Disclosure division (see contact information below). Committees not required to file electronically may submit reports via postal mail or fax (217-782-5959). Filing assistance is available by calling the Campaign Disclosure division at 217-782-4141 (Springfield) or 312-814-6440 (Chicago), or via e-mail (webmaster@elections.il.gov).

The filing period for the March 2020 Quarterly Report ends Wednesday, April 15. The March 2020 Quarterly Report must include all committee activity from January 1 up to and including March 31. The Board must receive this report by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15 when filing on paper, or by 11:59:59 p.m. Wednesday, April 15 when filing electronically.
This Quarterly Report must be filed by all active political committees, regardless of whether the committee had any activity during that period of time.
If filing on paper, reports must be postmarked by Sunday, April 12 to be considered a timely filing if received after the deadline.
To access IDIS3 for electronic filing, and for instructions regarding its use, go to ‘Spotlight’ on the lower left corner of the Board’s homepage and look for ‘IDIS v3.0’.
If you are using filing software provided by an outside vendor, please contact your vendor with any questions or concerns regarding your filing.
